At a very young age he started his career with three platinum records. His first solo album “Paraxeni Giorti” (Strange Celebration) had some of the biggest hits of 2000. But it was in October 2005, when he completed his first tour in Australia and now this October he makes his long awaited return live in concert.
In September 2008 Michalis Hatzigiannis released the cd single “Emis I dio san ena” (The two of us as one), which comes as a forerunner of Michalis 7th studio album, which was released a month later under the title “7”. At the moment “7” has turned double platinum, and first hit singles “Emis I dio san ena”(The two of us as one), “I agapi pou meni (Polikatikia)” (The love that lasts) & “Ola tha pane kala”(Everything is going to be alright) have already climbed at the top of the charts.
